Stina Ekblad (born 26th February 1954 in Solf, Finland) is a Finnish-Swedish actress. Her breakthrough on film came in May Zetterlings Amorosa (1986). She trained at Odense Theatre (1975).
I Denmark she has starred in film and on TV. Among other things in the TV series The Chronicle (2003-2006), where she played Karin, Kaj Holger Nielsen's Swedish wife and mother of Erik and Søs, and in the 2nd season of the TV series Borrowing, episodes 9 and 10 (2011). In the theatre she has most recently performed Dante's Divine Comedy in Staffan Valdemar Holm and Bente Løkke Møller's staging at République Theatre in Copenhagen (January 2019).
Ekblad starred in the 1982 Danish film: Thorvald and Lindawhere she played Linda, the miller's wife.
